It boasts an impressive accuracy of up to 0.6m in optimal conditions, surpassing the 1.5m accuracy offered by previous NEO 7M and 6M modules.

Among the various NEO-M8 configurations, the NEO-M8N stands out for its superior performance and effortless RF integration. It seamlessly transitions from earlier NEO generations, thanks to its compatible form factor. With its sophisticated RF architecture and exceptional interference suppression capabilities, it maintains peak performance even in environments hostile to GNSS signals. The NEO-M8N strikes a perfect balance between robustness, integration capability, and versatile connectivity options. Furthermore, its future-proof design includes an internal Flash, enabling easy firmware upgrades to support additional GNSS systems.

For APM APM2.52 APM Flight Controllers, the NEO-M8N is available with a protective case and a GPS antenna mount, safeguarding the GPS module from electromagnetic interference. This new-generation NEO-M8N GPS module boasts low power consumption and high precision, delivering an outstanding accuracy of 0.6 meters (or approximately 0.9 meters in practice). This level of accuracy outperforms the previous NEO-7N module, which offered accuracy in the range of 1.4-1.6 meters. The module supports various protocols, including GPS/QZSS L1 C/A, GLONASS L10F, BeiDou B1, and more. With its NEO-M8N chipset and ceramic antenna, this receiver achieves exceptional accuracy while quickly acquiring satellite signals. Additionally, the sturdy stand ensures reliable protection against electromagnetic interference.
