The 24V 40W ceramic cartridge heater wire is specifically designed for RepRap and Prusa models. The ceramic cartridge heater is integrated with a cylindrical tube that is made of stainless steel. The importance of the material used is that it provides greats resistance against corrosion. The ceramic heater wire is also equipped with a heating wire inside which is wound onto a ceramic core. It features a number of coils that provides uniform distribution of heat and improves the life and efficiency of the ceramic cartridge heater.
